Our teams were delighted to take part in this year’s FIE! We had the opportunity to meet many customers and prospects. It was also an opportunity to present our ingredients in various applications: extra sour yogurt powder in a cookie filling and icing, yogurt drinks and ice cream. Our demineralized whey 40 was presented in a chocolate application.
