Once again this year, Epi Ingredients will be exhibiting at the FIE in Frankfurt from 28 to 30 November.
Epi Ingredients will be exhibiting its 40% demineralised whey powder on its stand. Whey comes from cheese and casein production. Demineralisation involves removing some of the minerals from the whey. The mineral composition is controlled, while retaining a high lactose content. The whey obtained in this way is perfect for use in confectionery and chocolate making!
