– With their new state-of-the-art drying tower, expected to be fully operational by the end of the year, the company will be able to apply extremely strict manufacturing standards that will help reduce spores in their ingredients to the very minimum. UHT beverage manufacturers can then use ingredients such as their new low-spore skim milk powder in ready-to-drink beverage formulations knowing that the resulting product will be perfectly clean and stable with no risk of further contamination by spores’ development, which is one of their recurring challenges.

Besides these two solutions targeting the snack market, the company offers a broad spectrum of premium ingredients intended for applications ranging from infant nutrition formula and customized fortified powdered milks for specialized adult nutrition to confectionery, ice cream, sauces and more.
